I've just taken delivery of some Apex 40mm springs for my 172 and wondered if some kind person would give me a hand fitting them!? I live in Surrey so someone but can't do it at my place as the gas company are digiing up my roasd at the moment and all three of my family's cars are on the...
Does anyone know of a good de-denter in the Surrey area? I missed out on the last group 'de-denting day' and I've just found a new one by my fuel cap :(
Didn't get round to doing the plenum but I did clean out the throttle body and I must say, it seems slighty more resposnive already. It's definitley worth doing, there was a fair old build up of grime.
Have you seen this by the way? Surely it can't be worth the money...
Have you driven one before? The best thing you can do is to go for a good drive. Let it warm up for 15 minutes and then give it the beans for a short while. It won't idle particularly great - none of them do unless mapped - so don't worry about that. Listen for any knocking sounds which might...
Telephone Asda first and speak to their Manager. Tell him/her the story and that you'll be looking to make a claim against their Public Liabilty Insurance. This is the insurance that covers financial loss to a non-employee as a result of the businsess' negligence, and that occurs on it's premises.

Alternatively, a 172 like this...
Haha! Brilliant! Well, the ST220 does 0-60 in 7.7 seconds so you should be fine. If you want to know how easy they are to 'mod' I'd suggest making use of the forum you've become a member of...
Pop down to your local solicitors. They're obliged to offer their services for free for 30 minutes but to be honest, they've probably dealt with so many of these cases you'll be satisified in 15!
Oh dear. I do feel for you mate but you really should have done some reading on what to look/listen for when purchasing. The ruined rear shocker and 'spoon in porridge' gear selector would have been noticeable straight away, surely?
Having said that, I can't see why the garage wouldn't...
We all know that the Campus isn't the sexiest of the Clio range but if you bought one you must like it, and that's what maters. If you want to make it look better I'd get some 60mm springs under it, silvatec bulbs up front to get rid of that orange reflection and buy a new front plate to fit...
