    Decat / Lamba Sensor

Long story....been having issues with car jumping in and out of 3rd on downshift....just eliminating all possibilities and this one was the linkage hitting the lambda sensor when in 3rd gear then the vibration for the engine movinng the sensor and knocking it out of gear.

    Decat / Lamba Sensor

    Decat / Lamba Sensor

Simple question I run a 172 Decat which as everyone will know has the 2 holes for Lamba sensors... Do I need to run them both? The one at the rear (not the one near the manifold) is causing me problems. What will happen if I run with it out? The car is track use only not on the road! Thanks

    PMS Shifter

Did you use a ramp to fit or is it possible on my back in the driveway ahha
  12. @Josh

    PMS Shifter

Anyone have any hints and tips on how to fit? Seems easy from the fitting guide however I'm sure there will be a few snags along the way. PMS says put it in reverse to line it up, does this work better? Thanks Josh
  13. @Josh

    Track / Race 172

Out with the old and in with the new! PMS solid mount to replace the standard one. Just need to relocate the ecu now as it was mounted on top of the battery carriage. Also fitted some new rear discs and pads.

    Track / Race 172

It's running somewhere in the range of 2.5 on the front just sorting out a few essentials to get me back out on the grid...this will be sorted with new suspension and top mounts. Thanks for the guidance though How is the AG?
  15. @Josh

    Track / Race 172

Just the universal one from eBay, it's fiberglass I have just sanded down and sprayed it over it's a good fit. Just make sure if your running a full cage you Mount it far enough back it doesn't catch.

    Track / Race 172

Not posted in here since last year....end of last season racing went well, a big step up from doing your normal track days all good fun though. Realised over winter I need £££££ to be competitive....so another year building up bits and pieces should see me in a good position by the end of this...

    Gaz Gold's

Ahh right I am keen for full coilover until to give me more adjustment on the rear. It will also make it slightly easy should I want to adjust spring rates. I have been in contact with GAZ and they recommend full coilover for racing so I am decision making at the minute. The GAZ do GHA kits...

    Gaz Gold's

interesting!! I cannot find BC ones with adjustable height at the back on a Coilover can only find dampers which is what I run at the minute. If you have a link anywhere I will gladly have a look. Thanks

    K-Tec Racing Clio 182 Championship

I see Robs comment above and he quotes £600 I have done it as cheap as I can and I run in production plus. Probably around an extra £100 on top of your race entry fee but I camp over at the events.
