Just ignore the arrogant dicks buddy. Everyone's gotta start somewhere :). Just as said, extend the wire from the rear speakers, if they're anything like my old car, it's a simple snip and soldier jobby. If lost its always best to ask an be sure, last thing you wanna do is f**k it up haha!
If he done it himself, chances are he may not have receipts really! I just changed my own tyres, I don't have a receipt for that... But the 2nd one sounds better. £1000 for a car that's done 99k miles isn't great in my opinion :/. Good luck in your search though man :)
Normal 172, cheaper, less road noise and has air con. Why pay more for something that has less? Unless you want a track car, then reverse what I just said!
Depending on money obviously. If i was loaded and could justify it, yea a 200. But failing that, I'd be more than happy with a 182, they're still beautiful cars.
That's unlucky, as already said get some photos up. best case scenario it's a pull out job, worst case its a near rear quarter. I wouldn't bother with insurance though, certain companies expect you to report it within a set amount of time (see your insurance T&C), anything after they'll refuse...
I'm with greenflag and can say they've been amazing, they use alot of local companies too which helps speed things up. Only needed them twice (when I had a crappy little 106) an they came within 30 minutes an saved the day there and then. I also get this free with my Bank account, although I...
As been said coloud coding all around, can't see the back but just gonna say a Dynamique spoiler anyways, audio upgrade, clean side repeaters an clear front indicators. Just to start haha! If you wanna go all out, 182 bumpers etc, maybe a nice exhaust too. As for alloys, I prefer OEM personally :)
On a second reading, I agree as well with no service history etc that price is a joke. You need to find out about that can belt. Last thing you want is that bad boy snapping and taking the engine with it!
No doubt the cyclist was in the middle of the road and going overly slow anyways! Probally deserved it haha, I know 90% of the ones in Bristol do! An that's just bad luck man, if I hit a wall, I personally wouldn't have declared it unless seen.
Certain alloys will require you fit wheel spacers etc so they fit your car both properly and safely, if the alloys are made for your car or you get them fitted professionally you don't have to worry about this though as they'll do all that for you. You can pick up decent alloys cheap online or...
Fitting alloys is piss easy, to make it easier on your self though get ones that are designed for your car though so you're not monkeying around with spacers etc. Also I'd say avoid the Halford's own alloys (RipSpeed), they look cheap and are terrible, my friend actually had one of the spokes...
If you've got break down cover I suggest you get them out to take a look, they normally take a quick look an give you a free guestimate at the problem. AA was spot on when the fuel pump went in my ex's 106.
Congrats on the car mate, hope you'll love it as much as I love mine. I got my corsa after writing off a brand new Corsa SXi an can honestly say these cars are just as good!
The price you paid for it isn't great, mine cost me just a little bit more but had cambelt, tax for a year etc. An was a...
