That's a b**ch, sorry to hear it though, must have s**t you up with the bonnet flying up on the motorway! Ignore the guy laying into you about your old man too, I personally would have taken my old man along, but I get the fact you didn't want to bother him as you're 25. I would most definitely...
Wow yet again all I see on here is people being rude. I think the DRLs look nice on the newer Clio that was posted, an some cars can look very nice if done well. Doesn't make you a "peasent" in any way whatsoever. Infact I'm tempted to fit some to mine just to piss off the hateful tw*ts!
I used to work for Vauxhall an this is the exact way you do the windows in thir cars, tried it on my Clio when I changed the motor on the off chance I worked an it came up trumps. Deffo a work for me :)
Cheers SWJames, just annoys me how many people b**ch over nothing. An Cotball, I agree they are nice cars, but for the price not worth it (IMO). I learned to drive in one an they are very nice cars, but I personally could never part with that much money. I had a brand new Corsa an that drove...
Haha touché, I was interested in getting new lights, however on advice etc, I've realised I be much better off repeating the lights an putting in some BlueVision bulbs. :)
No, I said PROBABLY be cheaper, probably being the optimum word there. No need to get arsey when someone is trying to help. For example repairing a single light or replacing just the one would most likely be cheaper than buying 2 new ones.
PS, I said LIKELY, just incase you try to moan about...
Wow, is there any need to be like that with the guy?! Some people like the look of brighter lights on their car, doesn't make em a wanna be audi driver. Even if I had the money going spare I wouldn't want an overpriced Audi. From what I understand this is a forum where you come to trade advice...
As far as I know, there's deffo no iso in the front of any Clio, just good old fashion belts. Personally I'd stick to the back, safest for baba no matter what.
I got a 51 plate 1.4 16v Clio, which when starting from cold judders, then if I try to pull off or rev, it stalls. Not sure what the problem is though as it's only just started doing it. Once it's been revved abit it goes fine and drives perfectly normal once warmed up. If parked up after it's...
Looking good, always nicer when you know the car's had a good driver it's whole life. Look forward to seeing what you do with it, I'm liking the idea of the P2 Dash.
Hmm yea true, that why I was hoping for some advice on decent ones, I want my car to look like it's OEM but stand out abit. Just gonna have to try a few different things an see what happens haha. Cheers man.
You can add stuff to a car to make it nicer without ruining it. I'm starting to get bored of the plain old Clio now, and I've seen some lovely looking ones on here, so I know it can be done.
It's Gold :) An I've decided sand the lights down to get rid of the haze an get some decent bulbs, I'm not gonna bother with the HID lights etc as I hear new MOT laws will ban them. I deffo plan to try the Phillips BlueVision Ultra lights.
No no, far from it, I fancy a change, I've never done the lights so not really confident in it, plus I really like angel lights (would prever it if they looked abit OEM an not OTT), however I REALLY don't want a car that looks like it's been covered in glue and driven through Halfords.
Hi guys, the weather strips seem to be coming away from both sides of the windscreen an I was just wondering what's the best way of getting this fixed? They seem cracked at the top aswell, but only the sides, the top one seems fine, so I'm guessing I just need new side ones, any idea how, where...
Hey guys,
I've got the dreaded Clio haze on my headlights, so I'm thinking instead of fixing them up, I might treat myself to some new style lights. I really like the idea of Angel eyes, but don't seem to have any luck finding em.
I seen these ones on Halfrauds, but I don't know if they're...
Really £70?! I thought I'd seen them alot cheaper than this. I'm looking to replace the stereo in mine soon, whilst maintaining the stalk controls and display, however I'm not keen on spending silly money if possible :(
