Well I picked up something to help with the up and coming track days.......,,
Not so sure the colour will go with green so I'm thinking about this.....
Any other suggestions for colour?
lol it's got a green car on it..... sort the wheel on yours you lazy bast@rd, that's over 6 months it's been lying doing nowt!! Ps think preventive maintenance this year 🙈😂
It may be the easiest way.... if you buy the same battery as I did a simple Velcro strap would hold it in place as it weighed nothing. Just make sure that if you fabricate something that it will fit the existing bolts as it's not the easiest place to get a fixing in
That's a bad plan, I did that with the Trophy and I cried every time I updated it!! Saddest thing is I've started it all over again, with the existing receipts for the AG, and with the ones I have started accumulating, which are massively mounting up already 🙈 !!
Maybe not Cally, it will come and visit though..... I feel that it deserves a shot at a quick lap just to see how it compares with the Trophy, but I am so impressed with the quality of build thus far, and the condition of the car, that it's seems a shame to do that to it!
That's the plan mate I want this to look OEM PLUS lol, but the bills are certainly not over yet as I'm waiting on an expensive delivery from Renault yet !!🙈
That's the thought Neil, I fancy an alcantara covering and the only change would be spraying the rear quarter covers at the boot above the parcel shalf grey to match as the front a pillars are already high gloss black in the car with the gauge pods....
Renault must be loving me just now....... another day another load of deliveries 🙈
Worryingly more major deliveries expected from Renault between now and Monday.........
Lol no change  you saw the photos of my rs4 and concourse cars lol..... just a different sort of build this time 🙈 both just as bloody expensive!!
Yeah it took a while to find the right deal, you know the problem!!
The headlining is the only issue, cleaned up very well but there is a slight depression in it! so I'm going to have to see if steam will assist or it will be another one !
It's now the great fun of putting the big jigsaw...
Well a little update today!
After a 980 mile round trip yesterday, I returned with a full interior...... just a few snap shots of the larger bits, so bar a few isolated trims and an ISO fix bar I have the full interior.....
More deliveries to follow.....
The Akro sounds great. I didn't realise Fraser's had one when I had a shot, I was was more impressed with the handling. To be fair as it was his I wasn't thrashing it, just a casual drive from KNOCKHILL to his house with it, but it did sound great low down, not droany at all just very throaty...
