    Id go with that. H&R's for road but if your takin it on the track then it has to be AST's. That adjusment is so, so useful and benefical :)

    The main problem i can see with lowering one is that you will reduce the suspension travel. Not a good thing at all!! If it runs out of travel then you can say a big hello to understeer :(

    All ill say is they are worth getting!!! Dont spend loads on headwork, exhaust, decat, ported this, ported that. Just save up for the bodies if your plans are to do loads to your car. Youll end up spending £2500 quid+ on all the other stuff in the end and still wont have achieved the same power...

    Dyno results are just a vague idea of a cars power output. At the end of the day none of it really matters as there are way way way too many factors to take into consideration when dynoing a car in relation to temperatures, type of dyno, how long its been sat on the rollers boiling itself!! etc...

    uve probably bought the wrong alpine changer. U need the AI NET (cha-s634) connection changer and not the M BUS changer :)

    Yep i could of told you that. its definately got alot of damping. Like i said try the softer springs on your shocks. Everybody is different.

    Mines 4 front 3 rear. found it better as it adds a bit more damping and rebound. helps a bit more due to springs being so heavy. id try the softer springs mate

    Somethings not right then cos my car turns in better than a trophy. The ride will not be as good due to the heavier springs. H&R's is goin a bit backwards mate. Burp will do you a swap im sure.
