the engines are cheap enough to replace.. any reasonable engine place will drop you one in for a small cost.. you have lost all the money in it already so i would keep going tbh... not got a lot to lose..

sounds like water might have got in fuse/relay box..... its hardly sealed..

have you been cleaning your engine bay? what happens if you try and stick revs on with the pedal? mine did the same thing... just wouldn't start.. kept trying it and eventually just started normally.. could be a coil...

the 6th gear is shorter than the 182's 5th gear... to compensate for the extra weight so it didn't affect acceleration/overall power too much so it does come into it a lot.,.

its a 1.2 right? is there not enough room to reach up inside the engine bay to attach jump leads to the battery?
