Don't go to someone cheap, you pay for what you get. I went to a driveway mechanic to get my cambelt done, ended up doing a s**t job and he completely ruined the engine, now i need a new one. Thats a £500 job turned into a £2000 job :( I only bought the car for £2600! Go to a renault specialist...

This is looking ok actually, just needs standard rear lights, stickers removing, wheels on and colour coded bumper strips. Or even gloss black bumper strips?

Well everytime I tried to start it when i broke down you could here the pistons hitting the valves (at the time I didn't know what it was)

Aparently my pistons smashed into my valves and damaged them or something. And yeah they needed doing soon anyway so just did them now.

I don't have a clue, i've got the price list and all it says is head set, 16 valves, headgasket set, head bolts, cambelt kit inc. tensioner. I'm picking the car up in about an hour so will get the full list of what has been done.

My 182 has just had cambelt done along with pulleys, valves, head set, head gasket etc. I have a dyno day on 3rd Nov, was just wondering will doing just a few runs damage the engine at all? As i've heard you can not go over 3000 revs for the 1st 1000miles of having the work done. Thanks, Jamie

Yes I know that but I was just simplifying it. Yes there is a bit of HDR in there but as i said there is more to it than that i.e. using filters not just HDR. Plus this app is so much better than iPhone's HDR effect.

Its not HDR at all. HDR is just making the darker and lighter bits of the picture stand out. My Camera+ edit has alot more going on than that.

Both? No point in just doing one of them, get induction and exhaust etc. sorted then remap it from there :)
