cheers adam, i dont have a copper insert, but i have everything else, i dont think the konis come with the copper insert, it just uses the circlip to stop it cming up through the boot, as Iceberg 172 says. gonna give it another go today, see if i can get it to fit without the circlip slipping...

there is no lip on the rod, it has a circlip about 4 inches down but thats it. Does anyone have a picture of what you are suppose to get when you buy them new please?

JME what actually fixed yours? On mine I have, starting at the top... nut washer washer rubber bung car rubber bung washer and there is a circlip on the strut about 4 inches down, but that keeps coming off when i tighten the top nut up.

awsome pal, i love my super t's! quick question for you. on the back of the wheel i have a little 'ring' thing that pops out, i think its used to centre the wheel on th hub, did you get them with yours?

As above, I have a set of wishbones and was going to put poly bushes in them, before I order them I was just wondering if anyone had used them and their thoughts? Oh and if you had any problems with them?

Got myself a spare set of wishbones and am going to have a go at pressing the bushes out and fitting new poly ones. Question is, which part do I press out, is it just the rubber part or all of it ie the outer metal sleeve too? cheers

silencer in your exhaust pal, mine does it, its cos they get condensation in them and rust from the inside, the baffles become loose and rattle.
