had some ideas about splitters, so i went to see how much it would cost to make my own.
ended up at BnQ. £1.25 later.
i messed up the other side so i need to go get another one, just wondered if anyone thinks it worth doing?
i had this, but when i fitted a decat it stopped. so its either the cats extra size was hititng something, or the decat was weaker and allowing more flex for the manifold to hit the bulkhead or something!

well i have another gearbox, i just wondered if i could swop the diff without doing the whole box.
so if u bought say a LSD you would still need to take the box out, then strip it, then refit it.
i also have a throttle body and will undercut josh by 15% what ever he offers you. ;)

my 1.4 was always going into limp mode, we changed the pedal, the body, coils, you name it. then they always give you the 'i dont know' answer by saying "take...
does it have the acoutsic valve still in it?
after i took mine off it runs flat as a fart untill its done a few 100 hundred meters. the revs seem to stick at about 2k, then eventually they free and its all good again.
whats the spanner rating on getting my diff changed, is it possible without removing the whole gearbox or not?
ideally it would just mean removing both drive shafts and knocking the old one out, but im guessing its not gonna be that easy?
wet tracks are scary, i remember at croft last year following a pace car at tower my 172 decided it was gonna have a go at sideways, must have been interesting for rob behind watching me snaking across the track a few times before i got it back.

but surely u tighten the top mount onto the top of your shock,so it would go down futher, or would this just put more pressure on the spring in general?
i think i hear it popping on full rev changes, but its abit loud when thats happening so i cant be sure.
the yz exhausts i've heard sounds like they wanna pop all the time whereas mine just sounds like a angry old man talking under his breath.
and why wont mine do it?
i have a decat, and almost straight through pipe. im assuming it must be either the way the baffel works or the design of the pipe??
