Yeah where abouts are you? I was told they are 50mm thick with a 100mm gap in between and basically printed off loads of pics for reference. Took it to a printing place in Poole and told them what I wanted and gave the pics.

They had white clips that needed to line up with the bump stripe to slide back on, when I tried the clips kept spinning and it wouldn't slide! Can you remember how the ariel fitted. Sorry to hassle you! Sorry to hijack the thread too:o

Thanks for the comments. I'm going to remove the CS stickers and the rear window deal I think. Does look too busy. I do like the stripes, but totally understand the chav comments etc, need to get the car looking less chav asap and I'm not taking the stripes off!

Mines on its way out, how may coils are there? I had one replaced at Renspec in Poole around Feb time and it was about £100. No other real problems, electric window motor went, that was about £200 all in all.

No mine were from Ktec, its only a few miles from me, David fitted them and according to him they were the 1st fitted in the UK. They look so much better with the side light bulb taken out.

As were such things as cars and wheels and music. I don't care if there not fashionable, they are functional and look good.

You wind the window down and they go in the recess at the top in the window channel, thats the best way to describe it. They work well so far, they were really good on my last car and you could drive with the window down turn on the screen washer and not get soaked! haven't tried that with these...
