Been from Poole to Southampton today and seen a Lambo Murcialargo, Carrera S, TVR Sagarris in blue with white racing stripes and a clio trophey!!!!
Good to see such quality about. The Lambo was awesome, made a great noise and was being driven really sensibly.
Mint, Red Trophey with personalised plate - something like T23PHY
Saw you in Soton, don't know the Rd name at about 3.30 ish
Really nice car, anyone on here?
I had one but took it off, not great IMO, I now have a pipercross induction kit. Mines also the 1.4 16v Alize.
my current one.
I still have most of the KTR kit,but as you can see I used the alloy tube for the pipercross. Other than tha it's all complete You can have mine for...
What about the ren 19 16v vent?
Someone also suggested a Pug 206 vent although not too keen. I've been tempted with the Astra GSi vents in the past too. I wish I could make up my mind and that it wasn't so expensive
Hi Mate, you can buy the stick on ones, but they look cack and do not have the vent.

A bit like the above.
Quite interested in...
Hiya, Anyone here work for a bodyshop??
I'm after a quote for fitting a Valver bonnet bulge and vent to my Mk2 Clio (as per the pic below) I'll supply the valver bonnet for you to take the vent and bulge from. I want the vent to be cut in and usable and for the raincatcher to be fitted...
Nice looking valver heading towards Moordown on the 40 mph stretch from Northborne Roundabout at about 5.30. The car had a few stickers, not sure if CS though.
Oli, There is a place behind the 2cr station that would do it, there quotes seem quite good IIRC, Soz but cant remebr the name, they are near the MOT centre on the left as you drive past
Being honest I don't think they really suit red cars, but if I had to choose it would be the silver. Black ones go well with black cars and white cars, but not so well with colours IMO
Certianly is, I tried it myself 1st and had is 90% done then saw a hair, lifted it off to take the hair away then had loads of air bubbles so i ripped it off, went off on one an throw it in the bin, that was £20 wasted.
I did an outer one on my old car and that was fine, the interior clio...
How do you get them back on??? The plastic sort of lugs that the side strips slide into won't line back up again and I couldn'yt get it back on. Luckily I tried on a Clio at the breakers to see how easy it was before attemping to do it on my own car!
Here are the pics of mine, happy with it apart from the small air bubble near the driver side. Still better than if I'd have done it myself.
and a pic from inside
I had an interior one fitted last Tuesday as i was fed up with the sun between the visors, was limo tint and you could choose how deep you wanted it, mines quite shallow about 3-3.5 inches, but works a treat.
mine was done at Mike Stokes Motorsport in Poole, Dorset, but any window tint...
Saw the navy valver with large sunstrip with Ktec logo on it heading towards Charminster around 1 this afternoon, I was heading towards Winton.
Was following the Silver 182 from the Tower Park dual carridgeway to the roundabout near Bnth Uni (Wallisdown)
Both mint looking motors, didn't...
Chris,
How much of a problem does it cause you?
Basically I have a pipercross induction kit and want to get more air into it and try and cool under the bonnet down. I love the look of the valver vent and thought that would be ideal, but my mechanic said If I really want one, get a fake on...
sorry but I think they do,I don't really like the kitted car at the top of my post, but I like the bonnet.
Come on someone must have a pic of the rain catcher!!!???
As above.
I'm thinking of getting one fitted to my MK2 PH1 and wanted to make it functional, but worried about getting too much water in the engine bay, just want to see what the rain catcher looks like and how it works.
Has anyone fitted a vent to there bonnet and had any excess water...
was with Flux and thought they were good, they beat my previous company Tesco by a few hundred quid, when it came to renewel after hearing a few horror stories here and there quote not being too great I lloked around.
I have a 1.4 16v 2001 Alize auto with alloys, custom exhaust and induction...
Go with red and colour code it mate, you'll regret it if you don't it always look tidier if you do. If you got the handles, mirrors and bumpstrips done at the same tme it would look really smart.
Blue cup with bloke who looked around 25 driving towards the canford Heath roundabout in Poole at 4ish on Saturday. Didn't catch all the reg, may have been N6 CUP??
Really nice looking car, anyone on here???
