no write protection switch on it. wasnt removed whilst in use, always follow the procedure of stopping it before unplugging it. the recovery thing hasnt worked as it cant "see" the drive. think it might need "modifying" with a hammer.

go to.... File Manager > Sounds > the song you want to rename > press MORE > go to "MANAGE FILES" press the joystick right > down to "RENAME" hope that helps!

mine did this a while back, try making sure that firefox isnt running - use task manager and go into "processes" and look for it in there. if it is, right click and select "end process tree". this worked for me!

i noticed this with my w800's card - anything that you wanna transfer from the phone has to be in the phones memory before being moved via USB. also, anything that goes onto the phone from a PC has to be put into the phones memory before being moved to the card memory after the USB cable is removed.

the k750 can use a 1gb card, so i dont see why the w800 couldnt handle a bigger one!
