Surely over the whole market the insurers pay out less by giving more 50/50 claims? Most cars are Comprehensive cover and they collect two peoples excess payments instead of one? Legal cover is usually by contract with the insurer and part of peoples cover. Both parties also get a fault...

Interesting, I stand corrected, wasn't even aware the Saxo VTS was made in 2000... To be honest I never paid any attention to the Saxo or it's safety data but presumed it would be year on year comparable with the Clio :o

I would agree that in RL the 200 just generally looks much nicer than in pictures, 3D suits it better than 2D :D
