    best to trail round the breakers. just make sure they dont scam you. there is a reno ish breakers that are on ebay and appear to be complete muppets :)

    has the 182 got powers steering or the weirdo electric rack?? if its normal p/s check fluid level and pump (aux) belt tension

    try, goodrich hoses and a fluid change, also make sure your pads are seated well and slide freely

    i suspect on the 172 engine it would well f**k it! defiantly bend valves poss other head damage (seats cams ect) and maybe damage pistons. never seen one gone tho. just guessing :)

    whats it lacking stopping effort or has it just got more pedal travel, 'cos eka's 1.2 has less pedal travel than my 172. but thats 'cos i pulled her rear brakes up when she got it

    also make sure its of the type you can fit a vent pipe to, they have a little plastic pipe fitting on the side, connect a bit of pipe to it and drill a hole in the boot floor to vent it outside the car

    look in the top of the tank an see if there is crap in there, i once found the cellophane off a fag packet in a tank. that caused some probs!

    how much fuel is in the tank, you may have crap in the tank or a problem with the pick up pipe

    i got my ass well kicked by one of the CTR's. i'm not sure but it looked like it had slicks all round (hoosier's up front). did'nt see it again. must have been scared of a rematch :clown:
