Saw you going up the hill towards Thorley and gave you a quick flash. I was in the Monaco Blue 172..... -Jaz.

Was doing a doughnut run (a trip to Krispy Kreme) last night with a mate and when I floored it to overtake other cars on the dual carriageway he said he doesn't expect a Clio to be this quick! I've had it for just over 3 months now and starting to get used to it but it still puts a huge smile...

I can connect to the internet using the modem, a different PC and an Xbox..... Why could the connection not work? Data packets are sent from the laptop, but not received.....

Same here on my 172. I sit and wait till the temp needle has moved off the minimum line and it drives fine...... EDIT: Not good for a quick getaway though! ;)

The rest of the car is gonna stay standard (apart from a cup splitter when I get my ass in gear) but I want to tart up my engine bay. I've got a colour coded cover on the way (in Monaco Blue) but not sure what to do with the rest. Anyone got a Monaco Blue 172 with a dressed engine bay...

Lol! But when you leave the fidge door open it starts working harder to keep the contents cool and it effectively works as a heater for the room! Pointless fact for you there!

But when you are doing no more than 30mph for most of your journey and not revving past 3k will it still make a diiference???

I have the FF version and I only use the aircon for a short amount of time every couple of weeks to keep the system working properly. I'd much rather drive with the windows open than waste the extra petrol!
