The sonax is bar far the best detailer I have ever used. Not as glossy as some I have used but so workable and gives a great finish for the money

I had a nightmare with the aqua coat altho I don’t think I jet washed it correctly the turtle wax stuff is decent cheap and can be used as a drying aid more than anything

I found myself half way through today compounding mine but could feel myself getting tired and didn’t want to cut corners I am about half way round now

That’s my issue my car is outside altho fairly sheltered what do you recommend for us without garages ? My detail is gonna last the week too

After tackling the bonnet and front end I am shagged so calling it a day and do some more tomoz 👍

I have just popped mine in the line after ringing out for an hour whilst I have lunch then run it on the da for a few mins get any excess water out and then go again

Yes mate I clean mine with a toothbrush and some apc and water

Yes mate would love to see some pics . I had a 172 Monaco brand new in 2002 loved it had many cars after Subaru’s ect had a ff 182 a few years ago and sold for an ep3 type r now back in a clio . It’s bizarre we get drawn back to them

Car fully cleaned and washed going to call it a day with the threat of a bit of rain and weather going to be nice tomoz then bug and tar and iron out before claying in the morning 👍

After a thorough citrus pre wash I am going to tackle the wheels first with the Bilt Hamber then a full wash with wheel soap

Thought I would do a little update deep cleaned the interior and plastics and today is day one of my paint work detailing and polishing . Picture of the car as it stands not dirty by any means but now starting the decontamination and wash stage

Mines mint not quite standard it’s had a few subtle mods your welcome to use mine mate 👍

That’s what I have always done mate never suffered with it towel dry straight away and then use a quick detailer over the paint on maintenance washes

Looking forward to it I presume it goes on after machining before the final coat of wax ?
