I have saved what files I can. And created a system restore disc. Is it a case of now purchasing a new hdd (that fits the current spec) and installing the system restore disc on this? I was told that maybe a system restore backup to a recent time may work? Thanks for your help in advance!!!

Cheers, as I say the cars gone now so I haven't got the dash anymore but the new owner liked it, I got the LEDs from a Swedish website I believe, I think if you search for the walk through on YouTube then the link to the site with the bulbs is on there, it's a really diddly job so good luck...

Ive replaced the bulbs and checked all wiring i could see. I also checked all fuses on end lof dash and tried replacing anyones i thought could be to blame. No luck. New unit?

I removed it and put it together the same as it is now. Although it was blowing then too. Not quite as bad though.

Okay , so removed the old pretensioners as they were getting in the way , managed to punch myself in the face when it jerked out haha ! But wired up everything like you said, with resistors in the black connectors only and nothing, was about to give up but thought about just giving it a little...

If you're handy with a soldering iron it's possible , just make sure you buy extra less as you are sure to melt some , well I did haha ! Theres a guide on the forum :-)

Yeah I sprayed inserts anthracite colour , and also badge so looks good , also bullets but I have shaky hands do didn't attempt the blue lettering , still need to fit my springs ! Love this car , all that's missing is the 2.0 litre engine haha !
