I know this is personal preference but as a start point, what should I be asking for?
The car is track use only other than being driven to and from.
The front is currently around 15mm from the lowest setting and the rear is as low as it will go and both are 12 clicks from soft.
What toe and...
I fitted RC5+ and Brembo HC's before my last trackday.
The previous Mintex which coud have been 1144's would overheat 8-10 laps in. The new setup would easily go 20 laps plus with no fade. The discs still look brand new and the bite from cold is excellent.

For future reference as it may help some, I've just fitted a new stub axle to my phase 172 due to an ABS sensor fault.
The phase 2 stub axle was the thicker 18mm iirc from a 51 plate 172.
The replacement stub axle was from a phase 1 172 and was the thinner stub axle.
Ill fit an ABS sensor...
When we rebuild them this weekend, we'll get the weight of the car on the dampers first before fitting the top not, that should give enough damper shaft to get the Pure top nut on.
I didn't spot the elongated top slot as my Brother fitted the fronts. Knowing my luck one side will be +.5 and...
