I use the Green replacement panel filter and very pleased with it - try using the hill power Air intake pipe as well and it definately breathes better.
had it fitted yesterday at Ktec- brill mod, go get it done. They use the B&M unit which is one of the best available.
Very positive gear change with greatly reduced travel between gears.
the Cup 172 is still quicker to 60 than the 182 Cup. I havent seen anything that has given the 182 a quicker time and anyway the power to weight ratio is still better on the 172 Cup by a few BHP so sorry its not quicker !
Ive noticed that at 4k it starts to pull but the moment it hits 5k it suddenly steps up to another level. It is quite a pronounced increase at 5k, but not as harsh as the vtec.

difficult one to call really. I have run Optimax from new, never had a drop of anything else in it. Not to say I wont change and this cheaper 98RON fuel is definately worth looking into and if it has decent detergents in it I would have no hesitation in changing. One thing I will not do is...
if you put a little grease on them they will be fine.
I Learnt that the hardway with my MGF, had to have the valves replaced as they would not come off.
mine was done free after 11 months. The joint came loose after about 6 weeks and the ack box was wobbling all over the place, so I went and got a Ktec to sort the problem for good.
