You should only feel feedback on the pedal when ABS is kicking in. Otherwise there is a problem.

Then the fuses are the best bet. Im not sure if there is a seperate fuse for the receiver, seeing as the locking does work when you press the button in the car, which suggests there isnt a problem with the central locking itself.

Its at the back of the headlight and has a white bit ontop which an allen key fits into and will have a couple wires going into it.
to reattach it first remove the adjuster by twisting it anti clockwise and then try and locate the white pin into the slot at the back of reflector as you put it...

the oil computer is never very accurate. Mine varies alot between half and full. While its always at the top on the stick.
Perhaps an oil change could help.
