ive finnally finished fitting my lowering springs..... i did it on my own :S without any help at all and i thought i would show you guys what you think its 60mm lower now....... but im hoping the front drops slightly more do springs need time to bed in and drop or is this how they will look for...

erm the 1.2 to my knowledge was around 60-65bhp mate doubt its got anything more..... but you can still have fun round corners in it if you get some decent suspension

i got one of the strut brace nuts off eassy but on the other side drivers side its jammed tight i but a bit off wd40 on it but still no give tried putting an allen key on and everything but no joy can anyone give me a bit off advice on what to do and loosen it please

right next problem my rear springs are on and all sexy lol and low ive managed to loosen up the front right shock in the engine bay but i cant loosen up the from left i have tried with an allen key and i long socket set but it just aint budgin sorry about all the questions guys

and i have change the rear one and its sitting inbetween the two rubber things with the shock completly done up but they are still abit slack is that ok do they just tighten up when you drop the car back down? o and one other question what what do you turn the rear right hand bolt holding the...

i got my earth by taking the rear light out. if you unscrew the little black thing and then just get a flat screw drive scrape away the layer of paint there it dont need to be neat as you will never see it!! clip the earth on to the little black thing and screw it back in place job dont one...

so why do you need a mate to reach the top of the shock when you putting it back in

is it a d7f engine or what its the 1.2 8v 199 2 reg mk2 phase 1 clio any help here guys as i might be buyinh a manifold on the cheap

hey guys my 60mm lowerings springs just turned up and it started raining so im fitting them tomorrow is there anything that i need to make sure i do i got the fubar guide which looks like its very useful but you guys got any little pointers that might make it easier?? shall i start at the front...

sorry to be a bit rude but the police dont give a to** about tinted rear lights on a clio for 2 reason it still really shows and you have the brake light on the roof/ top of windscreen these are mine had them on the car for just under a year never been pulled and i drive in london all the time...

its a dvd single din unit so its got a few more cables than usual and one other thing the big thick black wire on its own (which i think is th problem does that have to be connected?

now i have tried and tried and tried for over 2 hours to fit this damn head unit in place and all i need is for it to drop in another 2 inchs is there anyways i can get to the back the the head unit by taking dash off to move them around like that ......any one got any tips

hey i was fitting my new head unit turned everything off bolted it all in place ....i checked it worked before i did all this and it did and then once i had bolted it in place all of a sudden the head unit had no power going to it and the immobiliser light was not lighting up not even flashing...

yeah i was more bother by the fact that i have a savage back box whihc sits low as it is i think it works out it will be about 12cmoff the ground which is quite low but i have bought them now just need alloys lol im lower 60mm with steelies gonna look so stupid for 3 weeks or 4 lol

well i showed be recieving my springs from k tec sometime this week hopefully i ordered them earlier today so i hope i get paid enough and someone is selling there standard clio alloys the only other ones i like are the team dynamics 1.2 race things and they are silly money

what size are the clio sport ones there are the five spoke ones and the turinos aint there?? not sure of the names soz lol all i know is i want a set for a maximum of £150 coz i wanna get some proxxes r888
