Yeah I was hoping to keep it in the original position, it didn't look like the power cables from the fuse box or the ECU would be long enough to reach as it will be sat lower. Maybe when I start loosening it all up I can free up some more cable length? I'll check your pics, ta.

Looking forward to making a bracket for this...not so much sorting the cables to it.

Its a sparco 6 point bolt in mate, from what I can tell it will be right up against the bulkhead in the way of the metal frame at the sides. I'll double check this though! When are you at beford next? I need to try it out this year.

Yeah ive done that before, started stripping the clio in a pub carpark lol. For big jobs I like being at the parents where all my/my dads tools are. I need to rent a garage near where I live really, more money though :P

I wish mate, I've hinted but they're not keen to lose a space and park on the road. Fair enough tbh.

Forgive my ignorance but whats going on with the exhaust manifold there? Looks similar to a turbo manifold...?

I'll be replacing wishbones, track rod ends, inner/outer ARB bushes, rack bushes and 182 manifold over a weekend soon. I reallyyy cant wait :eek::poop:

How would you keep central locking with an isolator switch? It would need to be on to lock the car from the outside?
