just over 300 miles on 10.4 gallons in my 1.2 dynamique!!! wasnt even driving like an idiot either. been like that since the fuel injection was reset/reprogrammed a couple of weeks ago. did over 400 easily before that. what mpg is everyone else gettin? more importantly what could be the problem...

well... the car was in and out in a day this time. apparently this time the wire to the solenoid from the uch had had the connections cut off and new ones attached. theyve asked me to take it like that for now to see if that cures it, and if not then they will have to fit a new uch. was also...

spirez, my car is a 51 so the warranty runs out in october. point well made about gettin a 172 instead, but insurance peoples eyes light up even when i try to insure a 1.2 Dynamique these days. Adding some forced induction however is one of them things id probably end up overlooking/forgetting...

reckon id be more likely to go with a gtt transplant after giving it some thought - wont be till after the warranty expires anyway so i better get saving!

i been havin the same mpg worries since my fuel injection was reprogrammed, filled it up yesterday and am going to work out the mpg myself to see if the digital thing has been accurate. was struggling to get it over 28mpg at the weekend until i reset it on the motorway and after briefly flashing...

woohoo, i get to add my opinion on my (new) k-tec zorst... when you first start the car up youll wonder why u just paid over 200 notes to make your car all noisy etc, then youll boot it out of where it was fitted and appreciate the fact it seems to rev a bit easier... then youll drive a few...

think mine is the only cherry red one here! :oops: btw, really liking ya wheels clio_lass

id have the clio over the corsa, the only exception being the niggling faults with them. one of my m8s has a 53 plate sxi and i prefer my car, as do our mates i think. clio is better looking and better handling imo

Mmmm, lovin the noise now! lol makes lovely popping when you back off the accelerator in gear - nice! just gotta pray that my fuel injection isnt as messed up as i think it is since it was reprogrammed last week, and i know for sure that the dealer will blame the exhaust now.

Hi, Anyone have any idea what sort of price id be looking at to get the black plastic bits on my dynamique sprayed in cherry red (metallic pearl) to match the paintwork? Dont fancy attacking it with a halfords spray can to be honest! Anyone know of any good/cheap bodyshops round west london...

I just had a go at lifting it higher (I = i watch while mate gets damp and cold), got it sitting higher now, just need to get it straight. Looks like i need to undo the clamp on the join to actually rotate it a bit? Seems a bit cold out for that though so for the coming week my exhaust will look...

cheers fred, i cant quite see how to make it sit higher than it is? does that bracket look like its in the right position? not impresed with this so far, looks a bit pony sitting a few inches below the bumper? any tips on getting it right anyone...

reset it again and takin into account revvin like a fool with me new exhaust on, im still only gettin 29-30 mpg. the thing is it was working fine and giving decent figure before renault got their hands on it last week! will take it for a motorway run 2moz and see if that shifts the figure back...
