I am sure they could prove a claim without disclosing modifications?
so the dealers are required, in effect, to bear some of the cost of the warranty work, by working at a "cheaper" warranty work rate?
Reno Alty is a bugger to park in, plus they are having loads of roadworks done inside the compound - not alot of space - hi potential for bumps and scratches IMHO
Just been to Arnold Clarke in Warrington (near Ikea) to have a fuse changed .
Brand new massive building and workshops...
but the dealers get paid by reno for the warranty work they do???
surely its in there interest to grab as much as they can - or am I missing the point?
Just got back from Arnold Clarke in Warrington.

Cheers Mate!! (didnt get ur name)
whats the crack with this warranty stuff anyway???
Do the dealers get a bonus for spotting warranty invalidating mods? Surely they get paid by Reno for warranty repairs, are they not cutting their own throats refusing warranty work????

Today I had no problems with my car!
UNTIL the SERV light came on, stopped switched off, back on, indicated problem was oil level (funny as I check it regularly and it was still OK). Drove a bit, stopped again engine off, SERV light with oil level warning again! mmmmm
Drove all the way to...
get your kids to do it, my 7 y/os hands are small enough even to change the oil filter!!
then when theyve finished - send um up the chimney with a dustpan and brush!!
Gonna be booking my car in to have the clutch checked.
when I redline it, and attempt to change up, the clutch is not disengaging.
