    i ripped all the liners out, so for me it was easy. upto to yous what you do tho, as i might be changing mine slightly again

    LMAO just tell them how much lower you want it, and they will have to get it as close as possible! Its impossible to say i want it 10mm lower, it just cant be done! left and right bars are anything upto 7mm out from each other anyway!

    should be a flexi duct under the airbox to a holder on the subrame, then a duct that goes to the inner wing You could make one with sh*tty halfords duct if you wanted, mine goes to the blank in the front bumper http://www.btinternet.com/~weightspalace/weight/a3.jpg
