It's a great all round package however the tuning capabilities are limited unless you spend 2k+. I wouldn't say I love or hate my Clio it's just good for the money. I'm actually looking at selling the Clio for an Impreza Wagon and a 106 Rallye so I'm not that attached to it.
Recently my drivers headlight has been misting up inside, I took a quick look and noticed the rubber cap was hanging off! After 30 mins of trying to refit I gave up, any tips on how to get it back on without cutting my hand off?
I enquired about these last month this is the response from David Williams @ Speedline:
The usual wheel specification for this is as follows;
Type 2118 7x15 ET43 4x100 pcd Renault Clio Ph2.
We carry them in stock in white and anthracite colours, both priced the same.
Including the...
As above, both starting at 99p with no reserve :)

Do they have a specific map for that? If I had known I'd have gone for the cold start map only. I'm sticking with my 95 RON anyway, my cars a daily hack at the moment and if it was ever turned into a 'track car' I'd run 98.
I didn't buy it for the 98 RON map, the only thing I wanted was the cold start fix.
Long enough being 1k, 10k, 20k? I'm sure a lot of people use 95 RON and have no issues at all. I know your a very knowledgeable chap but I've not come across anyone mention this before?
Loads of people rave about the RS Tuner however I don't think it does much at all. The biggest benefit for me is the higher idle on startup, it's solved all my cold start issues. I've noticed a very small difference on the rev range and it now revs into the redline (pointless). I'm also using...
You can change your sidelights without removing the bumper, it's tight but it can be done. Not sure about fitting xenons, but I'd imagine it's a front end strip down!
Give Powerflow head office a call (01392) 203050, let them know where it was fitted and ask if you should have been given various backbox options. This would be a good place to start and hopefully if something requires changing Powerflow HQ can lean on them a bit to get it rectified.
This was some time ago now and fitted to a 106 however I had the choice of close to standard up to ear bleeding level. I went for one in the middle, they might have changed how they do it since then but seems stupid if they only have 1 backbox option!
I got mine at a reduced rate and I liked the fact I could choose the tail pipe design to fit in with my car. I used it for a couple of years then sold it on for £30 less than I paid. I couldn't fault the quality of the exhaust and that's why I went with them in first place.
When I had one fitted on my old car a few years ago they held different back boxes in place until I was happy with the sound. I know it's not the best way of knowing if it's perfect but it gave me a good idea.
You could call Powerflow direct or another fitting centre and see if they come back...
I live just down the road from Thor and a few friends use the garage. I popped along for a dyno day a couple of months ago but didn't like the idea of the hub dyno so gave it a miss.
I've had an RS192 with a decat and it's quieter than my current cat-back Yozza system. As metnioned above you do get a drone at around 70mph and the fitment is poor.
