s**t, it failed the MOT on that, on of the bolts had come loose or something, the guy said it was a common fault and he fixed it for me. The handbrake still works though, so one side is more probable, how much of a task is it to fix??

Err, well the nominal voltage is 3.5v IIRC but the dash has resistors built in, so you heve to desolder the old ones, and replace with the new ones, so they have to be the same size

The best i've found to use are PLCC-2 surface mount LED's, only specialist suppliers do them i think. No probs, drop me a PM when your ready

Would you be bringing the car to me? And getting the white dials? If so then i'd do everything for £60 including take your dash out, replace lights and dials, swap switch LED's and put your dash back in, including all the LED's as well. Any good to you?
