throttle bodies / cams are not helping matters too much, but i thought 310 miles out of a brimmed tank is pretty good really!! all in the mapping ;)

on a turbo car im pretty sure the less back pressure the better, for the turbo to spool less is better

My rocker is weeping a little only on the far left had side near the rocker bolt and VVT solenoid. has anyone changed the seal on one of these? Am i right in thinking i can just unplug / unbolt it and pull it free from the top of the rocker? I have been to Renault and have the seal, hopefully...

I've just used Valvoline Synpower 5w40 and it's quietened the engine quite a bit, surprised really. Not cheap though

do not use an ebay one, speak to bomber about that! Get a good quality marelli one or similar. I think they are 3 bar map sensors that are used on the turbo conversions

lol im not that bad! Did gearbox oil, engine oil coolant etc!! i fitted m own matched inlets etc, just wouldn't have had the tools to have done the power steering hose! And i DO NOT trust myself with brakes! Ill be in touch shortly!

yeah, lovely little bit of kit! changed coolant the other day and removed it, that is all!
