fitted today - Carbon bullets, carbon Rear bumper insert, carbon fog surrounds, K-tec stealth (Single silencer), Retrimmed wheel.
Your thoughts welcome
I'm cleaning it at the moment as it needs a good clay for sure.
Anyone got any ideas how to sort the rear bumper cut?
Rob
Had a few minis in the past so if you need any help give uz a shout.
here's my last project - Barry
Key areas I always fine go first are around the fresh air vents behind the dash and near the rear subframe mounts

Ok firstly I have searched and taken everything in before people go mad.
Fitted my stealth last night and went with the technique of fit it loose with the jack under the box.
It sat ok, if I tiny bit to low but I was happy. So I nipped it all up tight and went for a spin, it sounds quieter...
Was picking up some parts from RobH today at his work when this bad boy pulled out of the showroom!
I had a full on trouser crisis!
cheers Rob, and thanks for the guided tour of the showroom - I droolled a bit!
Ill gett some pics of mine up later when i've finished fitting the zorst.
yeh I know what you mean about knowing your car, only had mine 9 months but deffo keeping it, if it goes bang ill just change the lump like you say.
I'm no car park rude boy either, 30 this year! I like a meet to be at a good pub on a nice day to admire the cars / work people have done and grab...
I do like the ph1's in yellow. toying with the idea of one as a cheap spring car next year. apart from the nose job mate, she looked good. Im gonna try and get a mini meet off the ground soon if your up for it?
pay for the damage to the scenic.
get the interior panel off and have a look inside, you may be able to push a fair bit out and re fit the bumper then like Daniel said I'de just run it around until you could get it repaired.
They are easy! 2 hour job on the driveway. Rears are easy, just drop the rear axle by undoing the bottom shock bolts and swap them over.
The hardest part I found with the fronts was getting the bolts back in after changing the springs. I used a long Phillips screwdriver to help align one hole...
Eibach sportlines get my vote, I just fitted a set to the original shocks (100,000 miles) have done 5,000 miles on them so far, settled now and handles really well for just springs. I was shocked how nice it fealt to be honest.
cheers for the above recomendations guys, heard the c5 stuff mentioned before.
The more I use better quility stuff the more I look back at my halfords shopping days thinking WTF!
Well after searching I came to the conclsion that my runners had had it but today I had a butchers and found this!
Turns out that the front 13mm nut was loose and had undone by about 2mm! so a nipped it up and did the rest and job done!
Rob
As above, I've had a tester pot I got from a car show years ago and the monaco loves the stuff so now I need some more!
Any ideas / experiences on best place to get some from.
