daz, alot of clio colours have a single tone.
bmw and subura can have up to 13 shades, its a nightmare matching it with so little between the shades but the difference between the first and last is scary
rayvern are the bollox m8 we have a couple of customer cars booked in there aswell as the lowest saxo in the country at the bodyshop at the moemnt after a trip to rays.
hydraulics are a great toy, font be kidded into thinking they will bounce up and down cuz they wont. the benfits of gydralics...
13s and 15 alloys prob aint far different bare in mind the 13s have a lot more rubber on em than my 45 profile alloys.
hit 119 on a private road we call the m23, guess it may vary from car to car as i cant hit 60 in second however hard i try

ive got a 1.4 RT on a j plate and the gearing is as follows
1st gear = 30mph
2nd gear = 55mph
3rd gear = 85mph
4th gear = 110mph
5th gear = 119mph
that was on my 15s and the speeds indicated on the clock
how accurate they are is anyones guess
unfortauntly john not all cars making it to max power are well done lol
take mynheer for example, if u coulda taken a look round that civic they have in this month u would be shocked, we picked holes in the car for about 20 mins, its shocking. they airbrush the fook outta most of thier features
his car came into us for a new rear bumper at the same time as we did the other bits but the rear bumper he supplied was fooked, all wonkey, so we didnt put it on as it woulda looked lopsided :)

my boss has the latest m3 and that keeps up with my m8s TVR tuscan from a launch, we hit 155 in 5th at 7 and half K, with a change at 8k and still another gear to go :) gotta get it de restricted, my guess is u raced a badged up 330

2 grand sounds like a fair price for the work you want.
we charge about 1500£ for a full colour change, thats with bumpers, doors, bonnet off the car, windows out, door shuts sprayed and top of the engine bay. the other bits u watnd doin would prob equate to about...
no worries m8. with that colour you would have to blend it into the wings aswell m8 so 200 quid aint far off at all
so say 50-70 quid labour to remove the dent
30-80 quid on paint
60-100 quid on spraying and suddenly that 200 quid comes round pretty quickly

depending on the dent £200 is feasible depending on paint colour/quality etc aswell, dear in mind if its a new car and u want top quality paint your looking at 80 quid a liter. should be able to beat 200 quid tho

and what sort of improvement should i expect from the 16v/grr set up as opposed to my rt ones?
