Copytrans Manager, it's free, lightweight (I use it on my netbook) and works flawlessly. You need to have iTunes installed whilst you install it, though you can uninstall it after - needs drivers.

^No it doesn't. It has in the past, but Apple won a dispute last week. The last 2 updates of WebOS haven't featured iTunes sync. Pretty certain Apple will throw every resource they can at stopping them, it's their crown jewel.
