....to fit a set of Eibach springs to a 172?? Just been told by a bloke at the local tyre place that it will take 3 to 4 hours and cost £80, not sure I trust him:confused:

A nice silver 16v or a Mark 1 172??!! Hard choice, personally Id go for the best condition car I could find for the money I had to spend. But you get the newness and extras with the 172 so that would sway me....let her drive both and look at as many as you can, to compare, so you know what...

Dales charged me about £170 something. And it took them weeks to get hold of a water bottle BUT they did replace it under warranty, my car was about 15 months old at the time. Did you go to Scorrier or the Summercourt branch?

Scud, Sometimes my air con switches on without me knowing and blasts me with cold air, I think its to cool down when the tep inside is to high? maybe thats what yours is doing

Maybe Ive been watching too many knight rider re-runs, I dont know. I drove over a small hump back bridge, whilst going far to fast for the conditions, and according to the person behind me, my car jumped at least 10 inches off the ground.....wwwweeeee!!!!:devilish: Unfortunately it landed...

Keep it as long as you can...ring the dealer with a long list of things to be fixed on your car, make sure that its stuff that will take a while to order!! :devilish:
