Could be the wheels catching on the calipers if theyre not correctly lined up and you have it on full lock?? I have chips on the inside of my alloys where the calipers used to catch on full lock before I had them adjusted. Just a possibility.

Haha, Im exactly the same... the 40mm drop just doesnt satisfy me enough when I look at the car, I mean sure it looks lower when you see it alongside a standard model but it isnt obviously low. But will 60mm look that much lower??? After all its only another 2cm!! I am gonna wait a few months...
