How are you judging the drop in protection? It will bead less over time but does it act like completely bare paint when clean? If it doesn't then there is some protection there

Only read the OP, but to me it sounds like he's just slating other products for personal gain. A cleanser isn't a touch less product, but IX, tardis etc is, so unless you're a r****d who dives straight it with clay he isn't right imo.
