    197 steering wheel in 182

If you get a wheel from a 197 with cruise control then surely you could hook up the wiring to new buttons and they'd do exactly the same job as previously :S

New disks, pads and painted calipers on the 182

AFAIK it replaces standard rubber hoses that would expand under heavy braking with braided lines that won't expand. Therefore more pressure is being applied to the brakes rather than being wasted in the expansion of the rubber lines. Should give a firmer, sharper pedal feel and improve braking.

    197 steering wheel in 182

Can this be done? Had a quick search but can't find anything. This would hopefully get rid of the bus wheel, the melting problem and be a HELL of a lot better to drive with! Any help appreciated :D

    White/blue dash lights

The white LED's look fantastic, but not so struck on the blue display. Carrmrc96 - how much would you charge to do this like yours? but just the white LED's for dials. No adjustments to needles or display. Coz I can't be bothered doing it myself and would probably screw it up!

    RB 182 with stripes

Spotted heading into Doncaster on the new north bridge. I was going the opposite way in a AB 182. Not sure because of the guard rails, but looked lowered and with white wheels possibly.

    PE2's 205/45 16 83V

I can get 205/45/16/83V PE2's fitted and balanced for £100 each via valuetyres. Large volumes and I think they would drop their prices a fair bit.

    New exhaust time?

delcbr - I posted a question in his exhaust group buy thread asking him for any decibel ratings at idle, any revs etc so we could get an idea of the volume. But not heard anythig back. Surely he must have decibel ratings ???

    New exhaust time?

I'm in the same boat as you Laura, I'm after a new exhaust for my 54 182. I'm after something that sounds nice on start up, idles quietly and isn't loud when you pootling about, but sounds sporty and rasps when you cane it. I'm not after anything that sounds like it came off a 19 year old's...

Thinking of getting your bullets/badges painted?

+1 on the full refund Lora. - Can't hide behind the fact he's "not a professional". With the state of those he not even amateur. Looks like a guy who'd struggle at painting by numbers! - Full refund required as they are useless and you have to spend £40 on new bullets and then get them painted...
