Apple confirmed my handset is one of the affected so I need to book and appointment for a battery replacement.
I asked for a freebie to be thrown in, such as a new case for inconvenience but they didn't sound interested. Will try at the appointment and see what they can do for me.
If you want to keep costs down, I have a genuine Renault 172 Cup one fitted to a rack which I have tucked away. It's only done a couple of thousand miles if that. Could remove it.
Oo interesting, thanks. I bought my 6S in September 2015 and it does it. Well, sometimes it gets right down to a couple of percent and then I'll plug it in, and others it will get to something like 23% and shutdown.
I'm sure in the past Apple have given you the option to enter your serial...
Out of interest, what makes you say that?
They are Police staff who are aiming a camera at cars and submitting those readings for enforcement. There is no need to take an officer away to do that task.

Chip is like K-tec. People may never have met/dealt with him, but jump on the hate wagon regardless rather than keeping quiet until a point where they can justify and opinion.
He's a popular guy, for many reasons and I often wonder if people feel threatened by that.
Back to horrific car...
Are the old horror stories such as 'Quoted X but then wanted to pay Y when they received them' still valid?
Now don't get me wrong, they pay pittance for most stuff, but I've loads of old 360/PS3 games (some 2013 which @ £4/5 I may as well sell) that I can take the most valuable and bundle...
Excuse the thread bump, but saves starting another with the same title.
I note above that a Ctek 0.8 charger has been recommended, which is £20 cheaper than a model slightly higher up in the range - the MXS 3.8. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E5VS58Y/?tag=cliospnet01-21
I'm wondering...
