in this case your Absolutley WRONG.
It was cheapr for me to do a engine conversion rather than buy a sport straight up, + other insurer's actually quote cheaper if a car has been slightly modified,
^ Just bushes,
all you need to do is remove the old ones, and remove this metal collar around the big hole, and press the new bushes in, and bolt them back onto the car, its that simple,
If your young then you cant afford a 172/182 end of. so after building up the No claims, and if you have allready got a kit on like the OP & I have done, then its easier just to drop a sport engine in, saves money etc,
+ best of all tax is only £110 for a year ;)
Hard to say what it really is, i only said Lifters as someone mentioned it to me, as i get the same noise, yet i have just had a full cambelt + dephaser pulley changed, so its a puzzle,
Does the car feel any different when you drive it?
is your a Cup 172 or just a standard 172 ?
If its a standard 172 you will need the aux kit, which also comes with tensioner etc so that needs to be changed aswell, should take about a hour for you to do,
a 172 cup is easier to do,

Stupid idea but could
so what do you reccon could be the issue here then Fred? im just worried its going to brake down on the way to work etc as its a busy road that i cant brake down on,
Well it happend again today,

ahh right,
this is the 3rd time its happend in the space of a month,so it might not be a jailbreak issue, but il restore it and claim for a new iphone, that will solve all my issues :)
its a 32gb one though, so all the crap i have shouldnt really be a issue,
i have deleted loads allready, anymore and i wont have nothing left on the phone,
@ colossus, im only thinking it could be the jailbreak because thats all i have done to the phone, but other people who have done it and...
Been getting a few issue's recently with my 3gs, at some point when the screen goes black, it wont come back to life, its like it shut itself off and wont turn back on, so i have to hold the on button and home button to reset it, and sometimes this wont do it either,
Could it be down that i...
Yes, i tried and failed, its a hard job to paint the Throttle body though,
Fuel rail guard is plastic, so not sure if it would flake or whatever after painting,
if its a 1.2 16v, there is a problem that occurs with the loom, as it rubs against this metal at the back of the engine, do a search and it will come up with the same theory,
