Think the thing about the R27 was that it gave you all the desirable options for a knockdown price if i remember.

Last time I upgraded i was told the online and over the phone upgrades are seperate offers, guessing that the instore offers aer the same, totally seperate to all other offers available. Still, think £17 for what you get is pretty good!

I had one for 18 months, was a good phone for me, texting was fine and the camera is pretty good 5MP, did get slower the more pics I had on it but overall no real complaints. The touch screen texting took a bit geting used to but after that I was happy with it.
