Alternative to Mac screens

Trying to find out if there are any decent alternatives to the Apple 30" screens which are over £1k each, was thinking Dell?

Going to be runing off four new Xeon 64-bit workstations.

It used to be the case that the Dell screens of the same size used exactly the same LCD panel as the Apple ones?

Yeh thats all they sell now. The others have been discontinued.

Nope, 30" hasn't been EOL'd... still on their site and on our stock lists.
