Pull the battery while it's powered up, stick it back in an let it do it's 5 mintue power up(if it takes aslong as the Bold that it, mine used to take forever). Should sort it, but if it still happens get it replaced or reinstall the OS.

Pick up a cheap Ph1 172 and have a search on here, lots and lots of info already on the site and track days etc. Stump up £10 to become a member and there is alot more info.
