If you are looking for a good cheap wax, have a look at Meguairs #16. Only a tenner it last ages and looks good.

Well the lack of Aircon (in the mondial blue one. some of the icebergs had CC)and ABS are a slight give away. Plus seats are sh*t, it has washer blanks, turinis. And will only be Mondial Blue or Iceberg silver.

It does have mild cut yeah but oxidised paint isn't that hard to bring back to life. To be honest you would be safer with T-Cut that the Paint Renovator.
I did a full pinky/white to red a few years back with just SRP.
Just use Auto Gyle Super Resin Polish instead of Paint Renovator, the PR is a bit harsh and may f*ck up older paint. I assume it won't have laquer on it if it's faded. So SRP should do the job with a bit of elbow grease.
