Godspeed

Fitted some DS1.11 pads with 330mm bells and rotors. Behind my 17" Alleggeritas And fitted new discs with bearings and pads on the rear. Also painted the callipers to match the fronts. Brakes are strong! Looking forward to the track day next weekend.

Ditch the heavy battery and ECU mount. Save 10kg easily :)

I cut the bars out under the Ktec subframes. Saved an extra 2kg or so and no issues with rigidity once bolted to the seats.

Love the noise when the turbo is on full boost, proper jet

Not much to report other than the NS2R on a cold wet day are a bit scary when pushing on. I changed my cheap battery for a Varley 25 and it starts well now. Went for a run around the triangle and surrounding area as it's local. And a shot of being cold and wet...

I would have thought a td05 on a 1.7 would be laggy as hell. TD04HL would easily make more power than you could want.

Megane 250 340mm discs. Elongate pcd to 5*108. 14mm spacers with longer bolts. Bosh!

I'd rather go for more power and less torque from a supercharger conversion instead. But you lose the aircon.

The callipers have been taken back a bit on the outer radius too to help with wheel clearance.

Love it! That td04hl-15t should be good for around 300bhp

The alternator was a 110a one, not a cup 75a version. I ran an 80mm pulley on it.
