mmm i was affraid you guys would say that!. What would you recommend using?. I know ast's and the like are top notch but £1k plus is a bit steep for me at the moment. The D2's look like a quality piece of kit but i've never seen/heard of them on here so wasn't sure about taking the plunge.

I had the same missfire as you and have just found out it was a faulty injector so have ordered up a new one. I just whipped off the injector connectors as it was running to see which one made no difference to the running of the car, I then swapped the faulty one over with a good one to check...

The scrappy option was to check if it was the injectors and also for a spare should it happen again. But it's definitly an injector fault so a new one will be ordered and the old ones cleaned and flow checked.

i was hoping the laguna's etc would be the same.

I did mine by removing the top inlet manifold manifold to get at the 2 bolts, It was much easier than crawling underneath.
