This is funny. I need my wheels aligned too right? So I think Ill read this thread and see wheres close.
Becketts farm is across the field from the building I work in! I can see it now through the window.
How mad is that? Cheers I will drop in soon. Any idea how much?
Its basically just an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
It wont add power, but could make power delivery smoother. Depends on how well your car is running really, I have heard stories of cars being much more driveable (were probably running lean), but others where it has done not a fat lot.
all cars after april 1992 had to have a cat fitted. If your car was built after this date it needs one to pass MOT (though there has been debate on this, with some people saying that as long as it passes emissions it doesnt need one, but I am not sure about that)
you can do it Daz has.
Apparently though you need a sender installed, as your car wont have one.
Think the dials cost him £25 from scrappy, and the sender £75 or something.
Sure Daz will post in a minute anyway, he likes to spam ;)
outcome should be that your car revs better, may release a coupl of bhp and will probably make the exhaust louder.
Your car wont be road legal without a cat though, so come MOT time you need to put it back on.
Not all clios have a screw behind the number plate.
Mine didnt and I dont reckon yours will as its the same car.
2 big plastic ones under sh*t guard, 2 under front of bumper.
1 either side of bonnet hinges.
Easy, just remember to unclip foglights before you pull the bumper too far away...
Bumper will be fine, just bonnet and maybe wings. (why not get valver wings and bonnet?)
Personally though I think the wings look the same on phase 2 and 3s
It actually fits pretty well, just a bit long at each end.
I used 6mm nuts and bolts (about 9p each from B&Q) I think I used about 8 along the length
Took me a couple of hours to do. Bumper off, rip old rubber strip, and line it up. I cut little access slots with a stanley blade so I could...
do a big poo before you go out this will dramatically improve your power-to-weight
also no sex or w*nking as you need to keep your testosterone levels high
I think lemon yellow. Then paint small pictures of Anglo-Saxon settlements on them.
This added detail will be appreciated by those who like to get a closer look at meets/events.
cheers Ill have a look when I get home, I reckon I will need to have bumper cut though which I want done properly so it looks like it was made that way. Not some botch job with a jigsaw which is what I would end up doing.
nice splitter, I have ordered one, hoping it will fit round my exhaust!

Dave can you explain a bit more about what the metal monkey dials are like.
How do they replace the old dials? I thought it was the actual housing that was orange plastic?
not all clocks have got clear plastic housing behind them. Some have orange plastic which means they would just light up murky green or something.
Question, those who have fitted blue LEDs, what colour did your dials light up to start with ie before you fitted them?
cheers
Gotta be powerflow dude. They are good value but it wont be cheap.
See if you can find someone to recommend a dealer near you as the quality vairation between dealers is shocking.
For an idea of price, my twin exit backbox cost £280
Ok what are the issues involved with buying a stolen/recovered car?
Apart from it being worth less when I come to sell it, what are the main disadvantages?
What should I look out for / be aware of? And do you think it is even worth considering?
Cheers
