That's going to be on my epitaph :rolleyes:. TBH the last time I did mechanical work on a car it was a 1977 Mini Clubman so what do I know.
Thanks for everyone letting me know.
OP doesn't say what condition the porsche is in or how much it cost. Highly likely that a 20 year old engine will not be as powerful as it was when new unless it has had some serious looking after.
Same driver in both cars and the Clio should beat the porky in everything but a traffic light dragstrip. I had a very short blast with a 22 year old 328 gts ferrari and I kept with it easily enough. Technology has moved on alot in the last 20-30 years.
I have 2 kids and a 3 door tin box. Misses has a RAV4 that's covered in food and other sh1t that the kids drop in it.
Knowsit. Sorry to wake you up yesterday. Check out the pics in the Media section.
Shame. What's worse, selling coz you have another on the way or because you only do 780 miles a year :S. Do more miles and justify keeping the car IMO.
Can you afford to get a nicer faster car, and run it? Think carefully before answering though as there is always some unexpected cost.
Answer = yes....do it :approve:
