I love that car. The sound of the charger is pawn. I couldn't think of any car that I would rather spend £26k on. WANT.

My 197 pulls well from about 3k rpm. There is a flat spot at around 2.5k rpm which is well known.

All depends what the person answering your question drives. Massive 1*2 vs 197 debates on here. They are the nuts btw.

The 197 is a great car and better than the 1*2 but don't take my word for it, go and watch all the 5th Gear, Top Gear and other reviews on Youtube. It is also a better drivers car than just about any other hot hatch for the money. If you don't get a R27 you can pick up a good 197 for around £9k...

I do like LY but a Nimbus 197 has CLASS all over it. You'll never get bored of the colour. I like white but it will go out of fashion soon, black doesn't show off the lines well and the other colours are too bright for me.

They are 18.5mph per 1000 rpm in 6th so closer to 4.5k Yes I have reached for 7th a few times but I bought this car as its such fun to drive. It's not the best motorway mile muncher.

What is the first registration that a clio was available on? Oldest I have seen is probably K reg which is circa 1992.
