about 9k would be reasonable i paid 8.5 for artic blue both cup packs in mint condition 05 plate with 15k on the clock.
find someone who wants the mods as well and you may get 9,200 the things you have done are what im planning so find the right buyer, how do you find the milltek?
hi mate, havnt used the ones you mentioned before but my advice is stay away from renault manchester, the dealers in warrington near ikea seem to know there stuff with 182's.
i have always thought aftermarket exhausts should include along with all the usual specs a db reading at idle and another at a set rpm allowing you an extra variable when comparing systems, im saving at the moment for a system and was always thinking about milltek but more i see the BTB the more...
hi mate just sent them to you, i didnt attach a subject to the first e-mail thats the written guide, the pics have been sent on a seperate e-mail and been labelled accordingly.
pretty easy to do and didnt need any ramps/stands.
i just offered them my 182 sport would be nice to see a clio RS on the used car roadshow, if anyone hears when it will be screened would be good to post up.
on past cars i ran a mocal 13 row air to oil cooler with built in thermostat in the sandwich plate, total cost for the full kit about 150 quid.
if your doing a few track days buy a temp feed as well and a guage.
have decided to go for silver
A. think will look nice contrasting with the anthracite wheels and wanted subtle touch.
B. mate who has pug 206 gti 180 had some silver brake caliper paint left for free.
lets hope sun stays out tomorrow to get the job done.
hi,
I was wondering if all the 182's had the large RS written on the inlet manifold i know these RS manifolds have a slightly larger internal bore but do all 182's have them or just the usual random french way of building cars slapping them on some and not others for no reason other than stock...
my alloys are anthracite, thinking silver would look nice without being to obvious would match the 2.0 16v badge on door strip as well i guess.
easy decision on my last car which was red matched up with red calipers a no brainer but blues a different matter.
after colour coding my brake calipers, the cars a 182 in artic blue.
should i go blue to match the car or a bright silver?
what do people think would look best?
i took mine off today didnt take long to be honest the induction noise does seem a little louder especially at motorway speeds when you put your foot down it doesnt cost anything and doesnt do any harm can always re fit at later stage but im keeping my acoustic valve in a box under the stairs.
hello, you were sat in the cars just finished packing up i think its a good idea shelter when the drizzle starts and from where you parked you can still see some of the action.
first time at GT racing normally always make the touring cars and have a trackday myself there on the 1st may so I...
hello darren i saw the clios parked up top of the hill i walked past just after the GT race heading towards first corner for the VW race after it.
I saw the clios in the distance and wandered up to have a look i put a "spotted" thread up this morning as i saw the cliosport stickers i would...
saw a 172 and 182 along with 3 v6's all parked together at the bank holiday weekends GT races they found themselves a nice spot up on top of the hill near the restaurant.
all had cliosport stickers one them.
i had the missus insured on my last a car a 106 gti and even though she had only passed that year it didnt cost anything extra, she is now insured named driver on my 182 but she hasnt driven it yet.
honda want to charge about £20 for one of the civic type r aerials, i got a short black one from motorworld £10, i managed to find one in black amongst the 300 they stock in polished chrome.
only had the 182 for a month or so and first 2 fill ups used a 99 ron tesco super and this tank have now tried v power, mpg seems same only diff is i think the kick is a little higher in the rev range with the v power than the tesco stuff. i think as long as you use a good fuel they are all...
im after a new exhaust but want something fairly subtle as both my neighbours have young children and i work shifts so reversing up my drive at silly times in the morning isnt really fair, i love the idea of a milltek how do they sound at idle and parking speeds are they quite bassy/loud?
i...
had a look at my 182 and the bonnet latch is different than the one shown on watchdog, much bigger maybe the RS models had different latch possibly as result being built in different factory.
i thought that bloke was going to weld the bonnet shut !
try dave sheldon tyres in manchester mate always been good for me they are behind the old Tom garner peugeot dealership on chester road, phone number is 0161 228 2753 and as they deal in performance tyres they really look after your rims and are quite happy to let you stand with them while they...
i sold my modded 106 gti last month after over 5 years of ownership to get a clio 182 with cup packs, when i think about natural sucessors for the gti peugeot dont do one and the clio fits the bill.
im enjoying the clio its a bit more grown up and refined not quite as much feel through the...
my mate snapped his and he just ordered a new one from renault and we screwed it on with self tappers, 15 minute job (we did have access to ramps though)
i would but an itg panel filter they come highly recomended and even the demo cars from some of the tuning companies on here run them instead of induction kits, gets around the other questions as well. also quite a bit cheaper.
sometimes when i set my alarm it gives 3 little beeps, not from the horn or the actual siren, almost like i would expect from leaving door open but its all secure anyone any ideas?
thanks
