I drive a lot.. last year most of my driving was done from 5am to 7am to site and from about 6pm until 8pm home from site.. it was pure darkness and I had standard lights.. imo they are worth the extra money even if you rarely drive at night because they make such a difference!

JCC I agree its not as rough as wet sanding but at least with sanding you go slowly and check regularly with G3 not knowing what to do you just keep rubbing :p

clay would do it.

needs polished mate.. if the cars been in the sun the paint will have changed colour slightly hence you'll see it.

need pics mate to estimate. Depending on what way it is a combination of either polish, clay and or wet sanding.. if the laquer is still there but heavily scraped 3000grit wet a dry then polish. **edit** p.s you can get Farecla G3 from ebay but its very rough..

mine came fully stickered up.. you have to get them from Renault and they are pricey as far as I know!

respray thats down to the plastic. to make it a little better you could Wet and Dry it with 3000 Grit auto detailing Wet and Dry then polish but you still will have scrapes. **edit** forgot to add there's a usual rule of thumb if it disappears when wet it'll polish out.. if you see it when...

f**k it mate its only car/insurance all that matters is that you are OK! don't put it against her for claiming you have to understand where she is also coming from! it may not be her decision but her parents pushing her etc! just be thankful no one was seriously injured good luck in the future!

folks I just worked out today if my wing mirrors are pushed in and I go to unlock the door they automatically "open" is there anyway to automate the door mirrors "closing" ?

whilst waiting in traffic today the engine symbol flashed about 10 times(26C).. as soon as I started to drive it went out, the STOP light did NOT come on. was it the engine just warming up due to the temp it was today? The fan does work as I parked at home about 10 minutes later and it turned on...
