tis not the exhaust heat shield is it? I had a 1.5 dci clio whilst awaiting for mine to arrive 2 years ago and driving over snow moved the heat shield (like butter!) worth checking.. if it is just move it back with your foot

think you can lower 60 but lots of folk recommend new shocks if you go 60 due to the constant compression they have 30 is recommended with standard shocks
no dont have to change the wheels - dont think you'll get springs for £101 not new anyway (for 2nd hand check pistonheadS) the two 197 top sport grilles fit the bumper with pulling two tabs off but the bottom will not fit as its a completely different shape.

if you wet it does it disappear? might be able to wet sand/polish most of it out?? although i think its just the camera was out of focus softening the damage

wash mitt with a bit of pressure gets it out, or a tiny detailing bursh most have two ends hard black end and a soft white end (both bristles) £9 I think. in future use blue masking tape 99p a roll!
Today saw a wash of the car and a full polish! sadly I had no polishing pads left for the UDM and I had limited microfiber cloths. So the swirls where not removed but I managed to clean and polish using some Purple Haze. It made the paint pop brilliantly!
